Open Voopee and you will receive system requests for your permission as to whether you would like to maintain the same Voopee account

Click Yes/OK to continue Voopee service

TO USE CALL FORWARDING ABROAD

STEP 1

Activate your call forwarding before abroad

STEP 2

Remove your SIM when you abroad and replaced with a local Data SIM

STEP 3

Open Voopee and you will receive system requests for your permission as to whether you would like to maintain the same Voopee account

STEP 4

Click Yes/OK to continue Voopee service

HOW TO CHECK MY BALANCE

 

STEP 1

Go to Voopee Setting

STEP 2

Click on My Balance

 

TOP UP TO MAKE MORE CALLS

CREDIT TRANSFER TO OTHER VOOPEE USER

STEP 1

Go to Voopee Setting

STEP 2

Click on My Balance and Click on Transfer

STEP 3

Key in the amount would like to transfer and select the recipient

STEP 4

Click Transfer

HOW TO CREATE NEW CONTACT

 

STEP 1

Go to Dialler and key in the contact number you would like to add

STEP 2

Once it done click on “+” add sign and click “Create new Contact”

 

HOW TO ADD CONTACT IN VOOPEE PHONEBOOK FROM CHAT ROOM

 

STEP 1

Click into the chat room

STEP 2

Long press on the contact number in the chat room

STEP 2

Click on “Create New Contact”

Contact you banking service provider and change your contact number to Voopee number

Get a local data SIM / Wi-Fi connection to stay connected while abroad
